Cryogenic (deep-freezing using liquid nitrogen, AKA LN2) processes allow the lupulinfound in whole hop cones to be extracted with minimal oxidation, and packaged in powder or pelletized forms.
This packs roughly double the punch per weight of traditional hop packaging.
